Meeting Yesterday

Yesterday, we met at Evelyn Blow's house with Julie Mills hosting. A lot of us saw the quilt for the first time all put together except for the border. Its going to be a beautiful quilt.
Plans for Winterfest are going well and volunteers are working hard on the interior of the fire department expansion.
Next Wed. we are travelling to North Bay, and some of us will give blood at the blood donor clinic being held that day, and we will meet for lunch.

Last week we met at Judi Feeney's and discussed topics for upcoming meetings. It was decided that some of us will get together at Sheila's and work on the quilt on Monday and Madeline Schisler will host it. Our next regular meeting will be at Sheila's on Wed. on next week.

Congratulations are in order for Todd Siegner (Trapper Trading Post) and Anne Harrower of Marten River, who were married in the Caymen Islands while on holiday. We wish them both much happiness.

Looking Over Our Blocks 

Well, last week we got together at Evelyn Blow's house. We were looking at some of our blocks and helping each other with the construction of our houses and trees. The squares are coming along quite well and everybody is working very hard.
